A MEDICAL AND LITERARY LEGEND AND A COMMUNITY BUILDER, DR MARK A. C. OGBODO, BAGS NAPS 2023 AMBASSADORIAL AWARD
The proverbial golden fish that have no hiding place has taken its meaning on an outstanding leader, a nation builder, a medical and literary Legend, Dr Mark A. C. Ogbodo, the CEO/MD of Lydia Memorial Hospital.
Decorated recently as a NAPS AMBASSADOR 2023, Dr. Mark was presented with an award of service in recognition of his commitment and dedication to nation building, Educational development and service to students.
Speaking at the event, the Senate President of National Association of Polytechnic Students, Comrade Innocent Okoh Egwu, said the award is on merit for outstanding leadership and his tremendous contribution to community development, particularly the grassroots. He described him as a role model to many youth, stressing, that Dr Mark's unique initiative towards development, has earned him a place in the hearts of many.
It is worthy of mention also that, Dr. Mark is currently serving in different capacities; he is the Public Relations Officer of Nigerian Medical Association, Benue State Branch, the Secretary of Association of Nigerian Authors, Benue State Chapter and Chairman of Association of Nigerian Authors, Ugbokolo Sub-chapter.
Also in attendance at the occasion was the Clerk of the Senate of NAPS, director of Programs and Orientation, NANS Zone C (North Central, Nigeria), amongst other dignitaries.
